- How long does it take to ship after payment?
Average lead time is 2–3 weeks after the contract is signed and an advance payment is received.
2. What shipping methods are available?
We ships mainly by sea freight. Air freight can be arranged upon request for smaller quantities. Both Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) are possible.
3. Is shipment insured?
Shipment is not insured by default. Insurance can be added at the buyer’s request.
4. Will there be a cancellation fee if I cancel the shipment?
Yes. A cancellation fee applies in accordance with the contract value.
